Orders

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select your desired item, choose your size and color, then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at theconnected.customerservice@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track it through our "Track My Order" page.

Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the [United States] and to select international locations. Shipping options are shown at checkout.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days in the United States. International orders takes 7-21 business. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We do offer free shipping on orders over $75. We also have seasonal Free Shipping promotions as well for holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original condition. Contact us at theconnected.customerservice@gmail.com to initiate the return. 

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, we offer size and color exchanges on eligible items. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Q: Are sale items refundable?
A: Unfortunately, all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We include a detailed size chart on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to message us for personalized help for that specific item.  

Q: Do your clothes run true to size?
A: We do recommend going one size for most of our items but for the most part everything does run true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description. 

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify's trusted payment gateway.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes, digital gift cards are available in various amounts and make the perfect gift for your friends & family. You can find them on our home screen tab labeled Gift Cards.
