Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, customers must ensure that the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. This condition is critical as it allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.

Upon contacting us, customers will receive a return authorization number (RAN) which must be included with the returned items. This step is essential for tracking and processing the return efficiently.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return at no additional cost to the customer.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
